According to another WHO study, we are the world’s most depressed country. (India is the most depressed country: (WHO report).
In today’s time, everyone must have heard the word depression, everyone knows about depression, many people are going through depression but they do not know whether it is a depression or normal mood change.

It is a type of mood disorder that is very common. We cannot define 
depression in any one way because it is a mental illness which people experience differently or can say that everyone has a different experience of depression. People feel very lonely and unhappy in depression, whatever positive things happen around the depressed person have started to feel negative, Depression not only reduces morale but also gives up many people to live, which is very wrong thinking. “So we can say that “Depression implies or depression is a type of psychological pain in the field of psychology”.It would probably be wrong to call despair, tension, stress as depression. Because sometimes in life it is common to feel stressed, low, sad, or have tension.
According to doctors, there is a negative disease that affects your ability to think, your ability to work badly. It can cause various emotional and physical problems and may reduce a person’s ability to function and work at home. Different people experience depression in different ways. Depression can result in you wasting your time and your productivity may decrease. Many times depression can also affect your chronic health conditions. Conditions that may worsen due to depression include:

: “Depression is a common illness worldwide, with more than 264 million people affected(1). Depression is different from usual mood fluctuations and short-lived emotional responses to challenges in everyday life. Especially when long-lasting and with moderate or severe intensity, depression may become a serious health condition. It can cause the affected person to suffer greatly and function poorly at work, at school and in the family. At its worst, depression can lead to suicide. Close to 800 000 people die due to suicide every year. Suicide is the second leading cause of death in 15-29-year-olds.

Although there are known, effective treatments for mental disorders, between 76% and 85% of people in low- and middle-income countries receive no treatment for their disorder(2). Barriers to effective care include a lack of resources, lack of trained health-care providers and social stigma associated with mental disorders. Another barrier to effective care is inaccurate assessment. In countries of all income levels, people who are depressed are often not correctly diagnosed, and others who do not have the disorder are too often misdiagnosed and prescribed antidepressants.The burden of depression and other mental health conditions is on the rise globally. A World Health Assembly resolution passed in May 2013 has called for a comprehensive, coordinated response to mental disorders at the country level.

Symptoms Of Depression/Signs Of Depression

Depression is just a small word to see, but no one knows how deadly it becomes later. This disease, from which you are not aware of the initial symptoms, that you are suffering from depression but gradually your gestures start changing, You may think this is normal but after a time nothing remains normal. 1. Fatigue

All parents want their children to live up to their expectations, earn fame in the society, due to which parents put pressure on their children to do the work that the children have no interest in doing. The child is interested in some other work and the parents pressurize for some other work, Many times it has been found that many people go into depression even when parents have pressure on their children for marriage.

2. Education and employment pressure
It has happened many times the child wants to do something else such as musician, cricketer, actor, dancer, singer etc. But parents give the burden of studies to the child which is very wrong. Many people want to follow their passion after completion of their studies, but the family and the society forcefully force them to do jobs, due to which they become victims of depression.

3. Family problems
Family problems have also been a big reason for depression, One of the biggest reasons in our society is that what people will say is the biggest disease, People want to overcome the troubles of family, but due to some reason they become unable, The big reason is stress and sorrow that takes the form of depression due to which they also become a victim of depression.
